"Your students will have such confidence, and the employers who will be hiring them will be receiving an individual who is proficient and ready in some of the most important skills we need in life like problem solving, teamwork, and critical thinking. Those are what our students need for tomorrow. So do it!"

Florida Ready to Work is delivered by education and workforce training partners statewide including the CareerSource Florida network, high schools, technical centers, adult education, state colleges, and community-based organizations.

The program provides all the career readiness tools, staff training, implementation planning, and technical support.

Fully funded by the state of Florida, there is no cost to implementation partners or students / jobseekers. And it is quick and easy to get started.

"Especially now, as all school districts are challenged to make the shift to meaningful virtual instruction, Florida Ready to Work provides an affordable, accessible platform for delivery of mission-centric career readiness instruction."
